Fans of the iheartradio app will now be excited to learn that it’s also available for the iPad. The latest release by Apple/ClearChannel shows us a good number of updates, and a better social experience than the few other music streaming options currently available on the iPad.

What’s new in this version?

Instead of searching every time for a new station, you can save your favorites, as well as saving songs. Preview options are available as well, before changing to a new station. Integrate with AirPlay to stream wirelessly. Keep track of your listening habits with a history of your stations and songs. Photostreams, search, photo and video galleries, and a few extras can also be found.

Sharing on social networks has finally been added–a necessary upgrade. You can share via email, Facebook, and Twitter. Using Twitter, you can also see all related Tweets while listening.

  1. Howdy would you mind stating which blog platform you’re working with? I’m looking to start my own blog soon but I’m having a hard time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S Apologies for being off-topic but I had to ask!
