As companies realize more and more that it is necessary to have a social media strategy in place, the question comes about regarding if it is necessary to have a dedicated model vs an integrated model. A dedicated model revolves around employees whose sole responsibilities are social media related. Integrated means utilizing the skills of current employees, as well as training employees in social media, and working it into their current duties.
