If you glanced at Twitter Friday afternoon, it is likely that you saw at least one (if not 100) tweets about the rumored impromptu Radiohead performance for the Wall Street protestors. What started with an email hoax to the protest organizers (Anonymous) became a huge media deal thanks to social media, with news organizations like CNN racing downtown to get coverage of the nonexistent performance.
